Solution Review: After designing a tailored solution for your environment, we discuss the solution with your team, answer your questions, and make adjustments to the design if needed.
Quoting & Ordering: ACS’ Client Executives will work with our trusted partners to price and order your new system.
Staging: Orders can be shipped to ACS’ headquarters for inspection and testing in our Business Partner Innovation Center prior to being implemented in your environment.
Install: Once your new equipment has passed inspection, our team of certified engineers will install and test the system in your environment.
Validation: We’re not finished until the project is completed to your satisfaction. Our staff will review the project with you to ensure ACS has met or exceeded your expectations, and you are fully satisfied.
Client Acceptance: The project is complete but ACS’ commitment to service isn’t.
System Management: With each solution ACS provides proactive monitoring and 24/7 system support. Our Managed Services team often foresees potential problems before they even occur.
Frequent Reviews: We meet with you a minimum of once per quarter to conduct a rolling-annual review of the system, your environment, and your changing needs.
