CLIENT EXECUTIVE II - Agriculture

In this role, you'll be responsible for both client acquisition and account management. You'll leverage your existing relationships and industry knowledge to develop new clients and become a trusted advisor to existing ones. By collaborating closely with them and leveraging the ACS Sales Process, you'll identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions that drive their business success. Additionally, your forecasting expertise will be crucial in shaping our strategic direction. In addition to being experienced in agriculture tech sales, the ideal Client Executive is passionate and dynamic. They’ll enjoy the endless possibilities to succeed and have a “sky’s the limit” mentality – because really, it is. Taking the bull by the horns, the Client Executive takes full ownership of their career and success, showing both initiative and leadership. They are successful at building trust-based relationships with clients and gaining a true understanding of their business needs with the end goal of making their life better. Client Executives who excel at ACS are also proficient communicators – not just with clients, but with their colleagues. This particular role is looking for candidates that have extensive experience working and connecting with professionals in the Agriculture industry. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and manage strong client relationships within the agribusiness sector, utilizing your established network.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend ACS's IT solutions that drive their agricultural operations forward.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver successful projects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Forecast client needs and spending to help ACS tailor its offerings to the agribusiness market.
  • Quote prices and credit terms, prepare sales contracts.
  • Conduct client training sessions on relevant IT solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and reports.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value ACS brings to agribusinesses.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

SALARY

Base salary + commissions + bonus. The right person can expect $160k-200k+ per year once clientele is established. In this role, there are no earning caps, and our highly competitive commission means you earn a generous percentage of every gross profit dollar.

LOCATION

This role is based out of our Des Moines office, with an option for hybrid work (available after training).
