LOCATION

Des Moines, Iowa. This role is hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office some days each week.  

THE PERSON

The Director of Professional Services provides the strategic vision and leads service delivery for ACS. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the leader is responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class services (i.e., consulting, implementation, and technical support services) to make client lives better through technology. The Director of Professional Services works to build and scale a services business, in a bold, fast-moving, transparent, and core values-led organization to enable client and company success.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Practice management and development for Security and Connectivity, Storage and Virtualization, and IBM Power Teams
• Pre-Sales engagement
• HR management/recruitment/hiring/performance management.
• Training plans – soft and technical skills
• Client satisfaction escalation
• Resource assignment escalation
• Delivery standard setting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Technology engineering experience.
• Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, and time management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years of leadership and management experience preferred.
• ConnectWise Manage experience.
• Experience leading a remote or hybrid team.
