SUMMARY

Consults with clients regarding IT solutions; Installs and configures solution and provides technical assistance and training to system users by performing the following duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert on Specialization Products.
  • Understanding Specialization Product Position in Solutions
  • Understanding Specialization Product Position of ACS offerings versus Competition
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with literature on how to sell Specialization Products.
  • Provide Sales Support on Customer Calls around Specialization.
  • Create strategic ACS offerings around Specialization Products
  • Review Install Base and Prospects for opportunities around Specialization Products
  • Evaluate Specialization Products for integration into ACS Systems Management Offering
  • Maintain Vendor Certs within Specialization and Vendor Programs for Specializations
  • Consults with clients and Client Executives to analyze computer hardware, software and service requirements and implementation
  • Provides technical assistance and training to system users
  • Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and configuration issues
  • Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups
  • Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager and/or users, and updates problem request tracking system (Dynamics) via voice mail, e-mail, written, or in-person communication
  • Recording accurate time and detailed notes through CRM (ConnectWise)
REQUIREMENTS

  • CCNA Certification Or Vendor Equivalent (JNCIA, ACA, ACE-A) OR ability to obtain CCNA within 90 Days of hire if applying with vendor equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Related Experience
  • Experience designing and architecting network-based solutions.
  • Installing and supporting Cisco network switching and routing products
  • Strong Understanding of Cisco IOS Operating System
  • Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients
REQUIREMENTS
  • Network security appliances Including Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet, Sonicwall and related technologies
  • Routing Protocols—OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
  • L2 / L3 Architecture and Design
  • Meraki (Wireless, Security Products, Switches, SDWAN)
  • Cisco Nexus technologies such as VDC, vPC, VXLAN, etc
  • Wireless Design using Ekahau or similar product
  • Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs
  • Strong Understanding of both Client and Site-to-Site VPN Technologies
  • Experience with various Telephony Technologies – POTS/SIP/Cisco CUBE and CUCM
