THE PERSON
We are looking for an IT specialist that is dynamic, and passionate about supporting clients with technology issues. Who is passionate about growing their technology skills and growing with ACS. This person will take ownership of their career and show leadership ability with all their responsibilities. The right candidate will be strategic at solving clients’ problems and making clients lives better. The right candidate will demonstrate a team player attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve clients with daily support of their technology environment
- Triage incoming phone calls and create tickets
- Identify solutions for technical issues
- Maintain assigned ticket board
- Identify and perform proactive maintenance and updates through daily client checks
- Set up, monitor and maintain network connectivity
- Provide technical assistance and training to system users
- Perform updates on client environment equipment: servers, workstations, Meraki firmware, etc
- Perform on-call support

8am-5pm M-F, on-call one weekend per month
