Open Position: Managed Services Specialist

Summary:

Assist with daily support of client technology environments. Perform proactive maintenance updates on contracted resources in client environments. Review real-time monitoring solutions regularly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily support of their technology solutions
  • Perform proactive maintenance and updates to ACS contracted systems
  • Set-up, monitor and maintain ACS proactive monitoring solutions
  • Being Subject Matter Expert on specific client environments
  • Understanding Specialization Product Position in Solutions
  • Understanding Specialization Product Position of ACS offerings versus Competition
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with literature on how to sell Specialization Products
  • Provide Sales Support on Customer Calls around Specialization
  • Review Install Base and Prospects for opportunities around Specialization Products
  • Maintain Vendor Certs within Specialization and Vendor Programs for Specializations
  • Thorough understanding of product and competitive pricing and pricing strategies for specialization area
  • Customer relationship management for specialization area
  • Consults with clients and Client Executives to analyze computer hardware, software and service requirements and implementation
  • Provides technical assistance and training to system users
  • Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and configuration issues
  • Coordinates activities with, network services, or other information systems groups
  • Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager and/or users, and updates problem request tracking system (Connectwise) via voice mail, e-mail, written, or in-person communication
  • Returns calls and e-mails promptly and no later than the end of the day
  • Client’s scheduled Executive Summaries sent to Client by 10th of every month for the previous month
  • Client’s scheduled Executive Serenity reports sent to Client by 20th of every month for the previous month
  • Other job-related duties may be assigned
