ACS is looking for
a self-proclaimed data enthusiast to join our team! If you enjoy crunching
numbers, creating data visualizations, identifying patterns and anomalies, and
have a flair for marketing, please apply now. In this position, data will be
your main priority, but you’ll also have the opportunity to create data-based
campaigns and track results from beginning to end.
Overall knowledge and understanding of ACS’s prospect and client data.
Maintain and oversee data standards within the Customer Relationship Management System
Create template reports/dashboards to communicate results, validate strategies, and provide high-level overviews to leadership.
Synthesize internal and external data into meaningful business data insights and reports.
Utilize analytics software to analyze and interpret data that facilitates the line of business decision-making process.
Identify and collect relevant data to use in measuring marketing campaign performance, ROI, validation of audience criteria selection, etc.
Utilize client touchpoint information to provide insights specific to overall client and prospect experience.
Research and create market and industry benchmark reports.
Conduct competitive research and report on findings
Accountable for all aspects of mail list generation – criteria/scope, building queries, and quality control.
Create data-centric marketing campaigns and track end-to-end results
Understand business objectives; design research surveys to discover prospect and client preferences
Assist in the identification and qualification of product/marketing opportunities
Develop and implement marketing research surveys
Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, or information systems preferred
3+ years related experience as a business or marketing analyst
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel.
Previous experience with visual reporting in Tableau or Power BI preferred
Previous experience with marketing automation and CRM systems preferred
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to look at large amounts of data and synthesize into meaningful insights and reports
An understanding of marketing and promotional concepts, including measurement, key performance indicators, etc.
Strong business mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical aptitude preferred
